We are all Experience Designers, whether we are conscious of it or not, by way of the choices we make that influence our shared realities. The freedom to create when used consciously and with great effect however, can positively influence a culture of change-makers and innovators that serve a greater purpose.

For me Experience Design has been a way to integrate the realisation that I’ve had in recent years - that healing trauma and becoming conscious of new choices is a process that simultaneously revives the Artist within us all. The ability to think and act creatively, to pay attention to and direct intention towards the ways in which we can engage with our environment, rather than be defined by it.

By acknowledging this, I see a natural unfolding that takes place when someone begins to heal from trauma and unravel from the grip of the survival-oriented mind, where their creativity; the ability to look beyond what they can see and experience, gives rise to the self-belief they need to take risks; to step into the unknown and meet fear with courage.

I believe the Creative Arts, Psychology, Spirituality and Science come together in answer to great existential questions like; What is the meaning of life? Why are we conscious? And what do we do with that?

In the last 3 years I have had the absolute honour of working side-by-side with the genius minds and creative visionaries at Rima Experience.

Since 2022, I have joined the team to create 16 Odyssey’s - an alchemical process over 5 days, expanding moments of lucidity, poetry, and pure presence into a state of constant wonder. I have lead workshops and co-designed and co-directed immersive experiences that combine storytelling, physical theatre, hospitality, space design, and conscious leadership.

In my experience with Rima, I have co-created Odyssey’s in Portugal, Ibiza, Costa Rica, Italy & France, exploring and creatively expanding the themes of Death, The Divine Feminine, Nature, The New Renaissance & Freedom.
